Pressure-proof aluminium electric heating plate

The HAP 200 special aluminium heating plates are specially designed and manufactured by Hillesheim for industrial use according to the customer’s specifications. The heating plates cover the temperature range up to 200°C. With a maximum size of 1250 x 2500 mm, every conceivable dimension is possible. The shape can also be manufactured individually – round, oval or L-shape – there are hardly any limits. Heating power can be tailored to the customer’s special requirements. The Hillesheim Team is geared to custom constructions and quick production of heating plates. The HAP 200 can be manufactured with different cut-outs, bore holes and threads. Even combinations with liquid and air channels for cooling can be implemented.

With electrical heating power of up to 5 KW/m, depending on ambient temperature, this ensures a short warm-up time for the heating plate. Sensors can be placed either in or on the heating plate to monitor temperature or provide regulation. The HTI 16 integral temperature regulator can make use of the built-in heating conductor as a sensor to monitor the heating plate's limit temperature and, in parallel, makes use of a separate probe to precisely regulate the temperature of the medium.

The application options for HAP 200 heating plates are extremely diverse. They can be fabricated for use in warming tables, cabinet heaters, cooling tables, heating plates for form carriers or even radiating heaters for household use. When it comes to shaping, there are no limits.

Heater tarp HP 60

The heater tarp is suitable for heating large areas and containers and is therefore especially well suited for frost protection and heat retention in pre-warmed materials in a range of up to 60°C.

Both the inside and outside jackets on the heater tarp are made of polyester fabric with a PVC coating. This gives the electric components a great deal of protection against mechanical damage. The heating elements are laid between sealed ribs to keep them securely in place. The shape can be adapted to fit any container. We can accommodate openings for drain cocks and filler necks.

The outer surface can be fabricated from a foam-coated fabric to avoid severe heat losses. It is fastened using Velcro strips or the fastening components commonly used in tarp engineering, such as buckles, hooks and eyes. Special attention has been directed to simple installation and use under industrial conditions, also outdoors.

Temperature monitoring and regulation is facilitated by the use of an integral heating conductor directly via the heating element with the HTI16 regulator or by fitting sensors with our standard regulator.
